Partisan "Black Fencer"
Synthetic spear head, inspired by 16th century partisan spears
- Flexible blade
- Metal mounting bracket
- Blade length 67 cm
The Partisan (also known as Partizan) is a specific type of polearm with a wide spear blade with protrusions on the sides.
It appeared in the 15th century in Italy, where it was used by the infantry because it was more versatile than a simple pike.
Mounted on poles that ranged from 2 to 4 m, it can be used to thrust, cut, block destabilize the opponent but also against cavalry charges
This synthetic reproduction made by Black Fencer allows you to train with the Partisan in a safer way than with a steel reproduction.
However, it is advisable to "blunt" the point by adding a rubber tip or a piece of leather.
The steel holder can be screwed to the shaft and guarantees a very good hold of the blade in combat.
