Description

This protection comes from the military field and from the intervention brigades who need to protect themselves against shocks without hindering their mobility. What makes it very appreciable in the field of HEMA

This chest protector consists of a large polycarbonate plate that covers the entire bust and allows the impact to be distributed over a large area

It is fasten around the waist with wide velcro strips

The arms guard comes in two parts, a first plate protecting the upper arm and a second covering the outside and inside of the forearm. All parts can be adjusted to your size or even removed for use separately.

This armor remains very light, and once properly adjusted, it does not reduce mobility. In addition, it can be combined with a gambeson or a padded jacket for optimal protection during competitions.

For engaged combat, we recommend that you add tactical protective spaulders that will complete the armor on the shoulders and collarbones.

In the absence of a harmonized European standard specific to HEMA, this material does not benefit from the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) certification of the FIE-CE type.

The "350N" and "800N" ratings designate the fabric's puncture resistance measured in a laboratory. They do not constitute a guarantee against impacts and do not measure shock absorption, as the case may be.

The use of this equipment, particularly for the practice of HEMA, is under the sole responsibility of the user. It is recommended that the user adapt and complete their equipment according to the simulators used (steel, synthetic, wood), the intensity of their practice, and the regulatory requirements of their club or tournament.
