Knee pads

Knee pads are an essential element in the equipment of practitioners of historical martial arts. The knee being a complex and sensitive joint, it requires adequate protection during training and combat. In disciplines such as medieval fencing, HEMA, or other forms of martial arts inspired by history, the legs and especially the knees are relatively exposed and require appropriate protection to avoid the risk of injury.

The knee pads have been designed to provide robust protection without sacrificing flexibility and mobility, crucial aspects in our practice. They allow the practitioner to move freely.
