How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are shipped every weekday from Monday to Saturday. All orders placed before 1 p.m. will therefore be dispatched the same day (with the exception of Sundays and public holidays).

What if one of the products is not available?

If one of the items in your order is temporarily out of stock, then the order will be put on hold until all the products are available again.

Upon receipt of new stock, pending orders are processed as a priority and shipped the same day.

Is the shipping free to my country ?

Shipping costs via the standard carrier Colissimo are free for the following destinations:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.

For other destinations, delivery costs are calculated according to the size of the package and the destination of the order.

To help you anticipate this cost, each product has a button that allows you to estimate the shipping costs for your country.

Do you ship to my country ?

We deliver worldwide. If your country does not appear in the proposed list, it may not be activated, but all you have to do is ask us for it to be added.

However, some products may be subject to restrictions, such as the Maintenance Oil Spray, which is prohibited from transport on planes and therefore cannot cross the sea.

What carriers do you work with ?

We have selected 2 carrier companies that offer the best service at a fair price

Colissimo is a parcel delivery service from the French post office which is our default carrier and generally the cheapest.

If Colissimo is not present in your country, the package will be handed over to a local delivery company (usually DPD) once the border controls have been carried out.

UPS is a globally recognized carrier with a worldwide distribution network.

The price is generally a little more expensive and the service that goes with it.

UPS EXPRESS offers priority delivery which guarantees that your package will be delivered within a very short time (24H for France, 24/48H for Europe and less than 3 days for the rest of the world)

Will I have to pay taxes ?

If your country is a member of the European Union, VAT is already applied to the product and no import tax will be charged.

If you are outside the EU, customs fees may apply and their amount depends on the rules applied by your country. Orders under €150 are generally exempt from import tax, for others you will probably have to pay the VAT in force in your country.

How can I track the progress of my package ?

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for your package that will allow you to trace its journey to delivery.

What to do if my parcel is stuck ?

If you feel that the delivery of the package is not going smoothly, you can contact us directly.

We will contact the carrier to resolve the situation.

What to do if my package is lost ?

The case is fortunately extremely rare, but if your package were to disappear, we will open an investigation with the carrier.

In 80% of cases, this investigation makes it possible to find the package and resolve the situation.

However, if the carrier is unable to find the package, the investigation concludes that the package has been lost. In this case we undertake to compensate you and your order will either be refunded or replaced according to your preference.

Can I have it delivered to a parcel relay

If you are in France, it is indeed possible to have it delivered to a post office or parcel relay.

If you are not in France, it is not yet possible to be delivered to a relay point but you still can ask a local business if they don’t mind that you use their address for delivery and then collect it later.
