Description
The Danish ax is an early model of battle ax used during the transition between the Viking era and the beginning of the Middle Ages in Scandinavia and its useds then spread all over Europe
The length of the handle was variable depending on the use and could measure up to 6 feet
The flared shape of the blade makes this weapon extremely versatile.
The sharp edge of the blade can be used to inflict wounds, the upper tip can pierce armor, and the lower part of the blade is useful for blocking an opponent's blade or hooking their shield.
