The Goupil Pack starts with a simple observation: as soon as you transition from technical exercises to free sparring, the head and hands are the areas that require the most attention in equipment. This pack combines three pieces chosen to work together, without redundancy and without gaps, ensuring that each club member has the same level of equipment.

The 350N Mask, the Certified Foundation

The 350N Faits d’Armes fencing mask (version 3.0) is certified to comply with FIE level 1 requirements. Its grille is cast in one piece, its bib is covered with a 350N fabric, and its fastening system combines a metal tab and a Velcro strap. The interior padding is removable and machine washable. The mask is available in 5 sizes.

The mask overlay Leather Swordmaster, for Longsword Fencing

The mask overlay fits over the mask and extends coverage to the entire head and neck. Its padded leather structure includes rigid plastic plates at the back of the skull, an exposed area during wrapping strikes with the longsword, as well as a plate at the throat. Side openings provide ventilation, and a Velcro strap allows it to be adjusted on most masks available on the market.

The Guardians V2 Gloves, Rigid Hand Shells

The Guardians V2 gloves by Swordmaster utilize overlapping polypropylene shells that cover the entirety of the fingers. The thumb, often exposed, is covered on three sides. The wrist retains its mobility through an articulated design, and the elastic lacing can be tightened easily with one hand. Sizes range from XS to XL.

For Which Practice?

This pack is intended for practitioners who engage in sparring regularly, with synthetic or steel simulators. It does not include a jacket or body protections; it complements the jacket and protections each already owns, or those recommended by the club.
