The King range from SIGI Forge embodies a return to the roots. Unlike highly specialized feders with a prominent schilt, the King Standard reconnects with the clean geometry of traditional longswords. It is designed for practitioners who wish to experience an authentic martial sensation, where the mechanical constraint of the blade dictates the technique.

Weighing 1580 g with a POB at 6-7 cm, it offers massive authority on the strong to close lines and dominate the bind. The double-fullered blade lightens the structure while securing the thrust (flexibility of 12.5 kg). However, on a 101 cm blade, this flexibility requires strict biomechanics: any misalignment of the edge during a strike or parry will generate significant parasitic vibration (wobble).
