The Elbow and Forearm Protection Set for HEMA is developed to meet the needs of Historical European Martial Arts practitioners, providing effective impact protection while allowing good freedom of movement.

The rigid plastic elbow guard protects the elbow joint, a vulnerable area during combat. Its shape is designed to fit the elbow and maintain its position during movements.

The forearm protection features plastic plates integrated into a durable fabric. This structure allows for some flexibility while protecting against strikes. The wrap-around system with adjustable straps ensures a good fit around the forearm.

A velcro strap connects the elbow guard to the forearm protection, allowing the distance between these two elements to be adjusted according to the user's morphology. This feature aims to ensure continuous coverage of the arm.

Designed to be lightweight, this set seeks to reduce fatigue during training or competition sessions. Its one-size-fits-most design makes it adaptable to most adults.

In the absence of a harmonized European standard specific to HEMA, this material does not benefit from the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) certification of the FIE-CE type.

The "350N" and "800N" ratings designate the fabric's puncture resistance measured in a laboratory. They do not constitute a guarantee against impacts and do not measure shock absorption, as the case may be.

The use of this equipment, particularly for the practice of HEMA, is under the sole responsibility of the user. It is recommended that the user adapt and complete their equipment according to the simulators used (steel, synthetic, wood), the intensity of their practice, and the regulatory requirements of their club or tournament.
