Conditions to meet?

If an item does not fully satisfy you, we are ready to take it back. Your trust is valuable to us, and we want each purchase to bring you complete satisfaction. Here are the only two conditions to meet for your return to be eligible:

Return period: 30 days

You have a period of 30 days, from the date of the order, to return items that do not suit you. After this period, you can contact customer service and we will try to find the best solution.

Condition of the returned item

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, without any signs of use. Make sure to keep it in its original packaging and that no signs of wear are visible.

Who pays for shipping?

It all depends on the situation:

You did not receive the right product

If you did not receive the right product due to an error on our part, we fully assume the shipping costs. You will not have to pay anything.

You wish to be refunded

If the product does not suit you or you have changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, we will refund the full amount of the product.

You want to change size

If the product size does not fit and you wish to change it, additional shipping costs are shared:

• You pay the return shipping costs
• We pay for sending the replacement product
