Description
The AP Light Plus 350N builds upon the foundation of the AP Light 350N by incorporating certain solutions developed for the AP Plus 350N, including the double closure (zipper complemented by a velcro flap) and the adjustable strap at the back. However, it remains thinner and lighter than the classic AP jacket. This construction makes it a versatile piece of equipment suitable for both beginners and those looking to assemble a more complete, lightweight, or more equipped setup according to their needs.
The outer fabric remains certified at 350N, combined with a breathable 3D mesh construction that minimizes overheating during extended sessions. The weight of the jacket ranges from 1.10 to 1.90 kg depending on the size, allowing for good freedom of movement both in guard and during footwork. The back strap allows for adjusting the fit to the practitioner's body shape, distributing the jacket's weight without straining the shoulders.
The jacket comes with padding foams to be placed in dedicated pockets, distributed over the shoulders, front of the torso, and sides, allowing each practitioner to adjust the level of padding according to their practice. Elbow attachment points allow for the addition of Shell overlays, and the jacket remains compatible with PRO forearm and elbow protectors. This modularity allows the equipment to evolve over time, rather than having to change jackets as practice intensifies.

Can't decide between several sizes? Which one should I choose?
If you're unsure, we recommend relying on the waist measurement, which is the most important. The jacket should be well fitted so that its weight rests on your hips.
Another tip is to go by your usual T-shirt size, as SPES sizes follow European size standards.

Important information and terms of use
The "350N" and "800N" ratings designate the fabric's puncture resistance measured in a laboratory. They do not constitute a guarantee against impacts and do not measure shock absorption, as the case may be.
The use of this equipment, particularly for the practice of HEMA, is under the sole responsibility of the user. It is recommended that the user adapt and complete their equipment according to the simulators used (steel, synthetic, wood), the intensity of their practice, and the regulatory requirements of their club or tournament.
