Customizable Embroidered Patches

Elegant accessory, the twill fabric patch is very durable and allows you to add a personal touch to your protective gear.

The back of the patch is covered with a heat-activated adhesive, allowing it to be easily attached by heating it with an iron.

Here is the procedure to follow for heat application:

1. Choose the equipment on which you plan to attach the patch. Generally, the fabric you choose should be at least as heavy as the patch. Fabrics like denim and cotton make the best base for iron-on patches.
2. Place your item on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
3. Heat the iron to the highest setting your fabric can tolerate. Make sure the "steam" option is turned off.
4. Iron the spot where you plan to place the patch.
5. Place a thin cloth over the patch.
6. Position the heated iron on the patch and press firmly for about 25 seconds on each side.
7. Remove the iron and let the patch cool.
8. Check if the patch is well attached by gently rubbing the edge with a finger. If it lifts a bit, repeat the process.
9. For a completely secured patch, use a sewing machine or a needle and thread to stitch the patch onto the fabric.

Full adhesiveness will be achieved in 48 hours.

For a lasting hold

Warning: Do not wash the item more than necessary as this process can cause the patch to start detaching. If you need to wash the item, hand wash it using cold water. Let it air dry.
